Adam Hamdy is a Sunday Times and international bestselling author and screenwriter. Adam writes through-provoking, emotionally compelling novels such as THE OTHER SIDE OF NIGHT. His debut, PENDULUM, was selected for the BBC Radio 2 Book Club and nominated for the Glass Bell award for contemporary fiction. He also writes the Scott Pearce series of contemporary action thrillers (BLACK 13, RED WOLVES, WHITE FIRE) and collaborates with James Patterson on the Private series (PRIVATE MOSCOW, PRIVATE ROGUE, PRIVATE BEIJING, PRIVATE ROME). 

Adam is a keen skier, rock climber, sailor and competitive marksman. He lives in Mauritius with his journalist and author wife, Amy, and their three children. He can usually be found working at the beach.
